• School representatives who submit staffing requests or enquiries
• Any individual who contacts ALIGND via the website or email

By accessing this website or submitting any form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

ALIGND acts solely as an intermediary between candidates and schools. We do not:

• Guarantee employment or placement for any candidate
• Guarantee that a school will find a suitable candidate through our service
• Make final hiring or selection decisions
• Enter into employment contracts on behalf of any party

Any offer of employment is made directly between the school and the candidate. ALIGND is not a party to that agreement and accepts no responsibility for its terms or outcome.

By submitting an application, CV, or enquiry, you confirm that:

• All information you provide is accurate, current, and not misleading
• You have the right to work in the United Kingdom (or relevant jurisdiction)
• You consent to ALIGND sharing your submitted information with relevant schools for recruitment purposes
• You are not submitting on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent

You understand that submitting a CV or application does not constitute an offer of employment or a guarantee of being shortlisted. ALIGND reserves the right to decline to represent any candidate at its discretion.

Candidates do not create accounts on the ALIGND platform. There is no login-protected area. All submissions are handled by ALIGND’s internal team.

By submitting a staffing request, school representatives confirm that:

• They have authority to submit hiring requirements on behalf of their institution
• The information provided about the role and institution is accurate
• They will comply with all applicable employment, safeguarding, and equality legislation when engaging with candidates
• They understand that ALIGND will use submitted information to identify and approach suitable candidates

Schools are solely responsible for conducting appropriate checks (including DBS/enhanced disclosures, right-to-work verification, and reference checks) before making any offer of employment. ALIGND does not carry out these checks on behalf of schools unless a separate written agreement is in place.

ALIGND takes the handling of personal data seriously. When you submit information through our website, you agree that we may:

• Store your details securely for the purposes of facilitating recruitment
• Share candidate information with relevant schools where a potential match exists
• Contact you by email or phone using the details you have provided
• Retain your information for up to 12 months from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use candidate or school data for any purpose outside of facilitating recruitment matches.
