Classification: Academic Staff
Plan, resource, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for Senior School students
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Create a supportive classroom culture where students feel confident to participate and succeed
Track student progress effectively
Support safeguarding, wellbeing, pastoral care, and form tutor responsibilities
Contribute to co-curricular and enrichment programmes
Participate in professional learning, staff meetings, parent events, training days, and school events
Maintain high professional standards and support the wider values of the school
Degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject
PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
Experience with ENC, IGCSE, and/or IBDP
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, flexible, and hard-working attitude
Commitment to pastoral care, student welfare, and supervisory duties
Continuous professional learning mindset
Strong attention to detail and high standards
International school experience preferred
Estimated salary range: 35,000–48,000 RMB per month before tax, depending on experience and qualifications
