Overview

A well-established education group in Shenzhen is seeking an experienced Kindergarten English Teacher to join its early years teaching team.

This role is ideal for a warm, energetic, and responsible teacher who enjoys working with young learners aged 2–6 and wants a stable full-time role with visa support, housing allowance, airfare support, paid holidays, and insurance included.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging English lessons for young learners aged 2–6
  • Design coherent, age-appropriate instruction that supports student learning
  • Create a respectful, positive, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Support children’s language development, confidence, and participation
  • Prepare classroom materials, teaching resources, and learning displays
  • Document student learning and assess progress to support future planning
  • Participate in school-wide teaching activities and events
  • Communicate professionally with parents and act as a reliable classroom resource
  • Maintain strong classroom routines and positive student behaviour

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Native English speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Relevant education qualification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience with young children aged 2–6
  • Understanding of child-centred teaching approaches preferred
  • Energetic, patient, responsible, and confident with young learners
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eligible for a Chinese work visa
