International Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher

A well-established international kindergarten group in Shanghai is seeking experienced Kindergarten Homeroom Teachers to join from mid-August 2025.
Positions are available across Qingpu, Xuhui, and Changning, offering a competitive salary package, generous monthly housing allowance, paid school holidays, medical insurance, airfare support, and full classroom support.
Location: Qingpu, Xuhui, and Changning Districts, Shanghai
Start Date: Mid-August 2026
Student Age: 3–6 years old
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Class Size: 20–22 students
Support: Chinese co-teacher and teaching assistant provided
Contract: Fixed-term, renewable contract
Native English speaker ( UK, USA, AUS, NZ ONLY).
Bachelor’s degree or above
Early Childhood Education degree preferred
At least 2 years of international kindergarten homeroom teaching experience
EYFS experience preferred
PGCE, QTS, teaching license, or equivalent preferred
Competitive annual salary based on experience and qualifications (30k+) excluding housing
Housing allowance: 10,710 RMB/month
Transportation allowance: 2,000 RMB/month before tax
Lunch allowance: 50 RMB per working day before tax
End-of-contract performance bonus: 10,000 RMB before tax
Termly performance bonus based on individual performance
