Overview

A kindergarten in Shanghai is seeking an experienced Foreign Kindergarten Principal to support the leadership, development and daily management of its international early years programme. This role is ideal for an education professional with kindergarten leadership experience, strong communication skills and the ability to support curriculum, enrolment, parent engagement and school operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the leadership and daily management of the kindergarten
  • Develop a strong understanding of the school’s international education philosophy, core values, and curriculum approach
  • Integrate the school’s educational philosophy into management, enrolment, promotion, and parent communication
  • Support curriculum quality, teacher guidance, and programme development
  • Strengthen home-school communication and parent engagement
  • Assist with school promotion, branding, and enrolment-related activities
  • Help maintain a professional, organised, and positive kindergarten environment

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant education experience
  • Teaching and management experience required
  • Strong Chinese communication ability preferred
  • Native-level English ability
  • Strong understanding of kindergarten education and parent communication
  • Professional, organised and confident in a leadership setting
